Sofia Pernas was born in Morocco and moved to California at the age of five. Her family lived mainly in Orange County. In Blood & Treasure, from the year 2019 to 2020 she played Lexi Vaziri. Us Weekly confirmed in May 2020 that Pernas has been dating her ex- The Young and the Restless costar Justin Hartley. The news came after Chrishell Stause (the wife to the This Is Us actor) was able to break up with him in the month of November Pernas and Hartley began to date. Pernas Hartley recently wed in a wedding that was secretly held, according to news in May 2020.
