Angela Sun

Angela Sun is a journalist documentarian, sportscaster and TV host. Angela Sun was born on September 19, 1979 at Santa Clara County California. She has won awards for her work as a journalist and sportscaster as well as an actress. She earned a bachelor's in communications and sociology from the University of California. Sun was a pro at surfing. She took part in various professional-am surfing competitions, which led to sponsorship deals with brands like Roxy Reef Billabong Vans. It was the fame she gained from the events she took part in which led Sun to the world of entertainment. Later, she became an investigative sportscaster and film director. Sun is a former anchor, who worked for various news channels. She was a reporter in 2003 as reporter with Fox Sports Net. In 2012 she hosted American Ninja Warrior with Matt Iseman & Jonny Moseley. Sun hosted The Yahoo Sports Minute from 2014 to 2015. She's the very first Asian American personality to be featured as a host on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun is a regular in a number of movies and received fame and praise for her acting talent. She worked on movies including Goliath (2016) and hit the Floor(2014-2016) The Perfect Getaway(2009), Shackled (2005), Street Kings (2008), and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). Sun has released Platic Paradise : The Great Pacific Garbage Patch which is an documentary she wrote as well as wrote.
